Founded in 2021, C'est Elle means 'It's Her' in French. Our brand embodies femininity, divinity, and confidence. It is where fashion meets swimwear. All pieces are handmade by the designer, Diane Pulliam, and all fabrics are personally hand picked to assure you are getting the best quality possible. Diane is a college undergraduate who majored in International Business and grew up passionate about fashion design. Taking a leap a faith, Diane decided to learn how to sew, start her own line, and create her business. Our company prides itself on individuality. All pieces are one of a kind and specifically made for each customer. New fabrics are added every season and special requests are accepted.
