As former President/CEO of the Foundation of Cannabis Unified Standards (FOCUS) he was exposed to the emerging cannabis industry from the unique perspective of the development of Quality/Safety STANDARDS and gained insight on how existing regulatory framework impacts the growth and operational capabilities of existing (and new) companies. Rex is the Founder of BuyCBD.DIRECT and the Co-Founder of the Cannabis Hemp Industry Employers Association * CHIEA…both are early stage entities that will be fully operationalized and “launching” in 2020.
