About Helena Donoso
Helena is the founder of Pushaoo, a carbon-neutral hemp apparel business working towards greater ecological integrity and social justice in fashion. Helena is originally from Brazil but has had the privilege of living in seven countries across four different continents, including Italy, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates.
Before founding Pushaoo, she worked at Endeavor in Dubai. Endeavor is the leading organization catalyzing economic growth by selecting, accelerating, and co-investing in high-impact entrepreneurs. Helena worked alongside fascinating company founders to overcome diverse capital raising, talent, operational, and market expansion obstacles. She developed a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the challenges companies face as they scale. Helena also led cross-border support for international Endeavor Entrepreneurs looking to expand or raise money from the Middle East.
Helena graduated from Babson College in Boston with a Business degree and a concentration in Environmental Sustainability.
