Supply chains have been volatile since the beginning of the pandemic, with elevated rates and fragile capacity highlighting the need for innovative procurement solutions. AI and data science can help logistics companies predict and stabilize market fluctuations, improve operational efficiencies, and streamline the freight-matching process. In this keynote session, Uber Freight's Head of Product Raj Subbiah will explore the key technologies (such as machine learning, AI, and data analytics) automating the highest-friction parts of the supply chain and connecting carriers and shippers across the marketplace.
