Michael Gould
Michael has been a software engineer and technology entrepreneur for over 40 years. He began his career in the early 1980s on IBM mainframe systems and studied for a degree in Mathematics and an MSc in Computation at Oxford University. He went on to co-create a business planning system that became Adaytum, later acquired for $157 million. As the founder and CTO of Anaplan, Michael helped build one of the UK's most successful SaaS companies - growing it into North Yorkshire's first tech unicorn, which listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2018 and was later acquired for $10.4 billion. Just two weeks after leaving Anaplan he launched his next venture: Kaleidoscope. Why? because after decades in the planning space, he saw a persistent gap - fast-growing product businesses still lacked planning tools that were as smart and scalable as they needed. He's now building Kaleidoscope to change that
