Max Ciavola is Director of Business Development at VIVA Manufacturing, where he helps wellness brands move from concept to scaled production across the industry's leading form factors. A veteran of the U.S. Army's 75th Ranger Regiment, Max began his career as a Ranger medic before bringing that same discipline and precision to the nutraceutical industry. Today he leads new product development, formulation strategy, and key account partnerships, working hands-on with founders to build differentiated, efficacious products built for speed to market. Max brings a practical, builder's perspective to product development, with a focus on matching the right formulation and delivery format to each brand's ingredient, audience, and channel.
