Katie is an accomplished leader with over a decade of experience in commercial strategy, business development, and people management at major global companies like Diageo and more recently Uber Eats, where she is the General Manager for Groceries and Retail. She has a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and leading high-performing teams, launching and scaling products and services nationwide.

As the first employee of Uber Grocery in the UK in 2019, Katie has led various functions within the team, from Commercial to Consumer Growth to scale the business to where it is today, delivering to millions of users every month. During her time at Uber Eats, Katie was seconded to Johannesburg as General Manager for Groceries and Retail in Sub-Saharan Africa, where she oversaw operations and the expansion of the offering into new partnerships and geographies.
