The Role of Cannabis in Pelvic Pain and Pleasure

Pleasure is our natural birth right and an essential part of our human experience. It helps us become more mindful and connected to our own bodies and each other. Pelvic pain is an unfortunate barrier to pleasure and because of this, women have used plants and aphrodisiacs to support their sexual health for thousands of years. In this seminar, Kaitlin will discuss the connection between pleasure and the nervous system, the use of CBD infused suppositories and arousal oils, and why the cannabis intimacy market continues to be a growing one.

About Kaitlin Frisicaro

Working within the hemp & wellness industry for the past three years, Kaitlin has seen first-hand the dramatic impact that cannabis can have on quality of life for so many. As a Cannabis Care Consultant at Flowered Wellness in Buffalo NY, Kaitlin prides herself on helping people find relief and coaching them on their cannabis journey. She also enjoys using her social media platforms to educate and advocate around the plant.

Living with Interstitial Cystitis, Lyme Disease, PTSD, and several other digestive and pelvic disorders, she turned to CBD to cope with severe pain and inflammation as well as her mental health. In January of 2021 she launched her business, Empress Nasha, which includes a line of herbal & cannabinoid infused topicals designed for intimacy, pelvic health, and pain relief. Also pursuing studies in herbalism, Kaitlin is very interested in the synergistic relationship between cannabis and other plants. She hopes to grow her brand to help women who may be suffering in silence find wellness alternatives through whole plant medicine.
