Jo Padwick is the Senior Sustainability Manager for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), supporting in its execution of the ‘This Is Forward’ sustainability action plan for GB. Jo has an established FMCG background with 12 years knowledge of working within the UK Soft Drinks category, combining skills from a background in Brand marketing with a subject expertise on Sustainability.

Driven by her passion for sustainability, Jo is an advocate for driving circularity, building strategies that help stakeholders to understand the vision and the need for momentum, to create positive change that will benefit company, communities, and our planet.

Jo is responsible for delivering a sustainable packaging strategy that delivers 100% recyclable packaging, a clear recycled content roadmap whilst exploring new delivery methods such as re-useable packaging and supporting CCEP Ventures in partnerships with academia and startups, fostering transformative innovations to help achieve the goal of net zero emissions by 2040.
