Jason Pickle is a passionate, forward thinking cannabis entrepreneur with a keen sense of market evolution. Co-Founding Volunteer Botanicals, he sees the future potential of non-psychoactive cannabinoids as a key driver to the acceptance of the cannabis plant. Jason and his team are focused on converting and reconstituting cannabinoids and terpenes into dynamic delivery forms that are precise, easy to consume and enjoyable.
Jason co-founded Volunteer Botanicals in 2018 on the premise that not all formulations are the same. The company has been involved with research and development of converting a variety of cannabinoids into mediums that allow for further post processing, compounding and building the products of the future. He believes customized capsules and tablets are the delivery forms offering the most growth opportunity in the marketplace. Jason and the Volunteer Botanicals team has perfected a conversion processes over the course of the last three years that takes cannabis distillates and crude oils and turns them into flowable powders, suitable for compounding with other cannabinoids, terpenes and nutraceuticals.
In 2006 Jason began cultivating cannabis providing him first-hand experience of the power and reliance of this dynamic plant. Shortly thereafter, he began to study various cannabinoids in an attempt to understand the depth of healing the plant could provide. Through direct experience of his friends and loved ones, Jason decided to move into the industry full-time to pursue his passion to heal the world through cannabis.
