Emma Nelson is business Development Manager for WiseBev – a full- service beverage and beverage mix development agency. At WiseBev, Emma works with WiseBev’s clients to bring their beverage product ideas – meal replacement shakes, plant-based protein drinks, functional waters, and beverage mixes – to life. Prior to working for WiseBev, Emma developed and launched various food and beverage products for PepsiCo, the Schwan Food Company, and most recently a beverage start-up based in California. She received her B.A. in Biochemistry from Case Western Reserve University and her M.S. in Food Science from NC State University.
