He helped grow Oddbox from a South London startup to a nationwide brand, reaching $40 million in revenue in six years, earning B Corp certification, and raising over $30 million in funding.

He is now an executive coach working with purpose-led founders and senior leaders at post Seed to Series B startups. His coaching helps leaders make confident decisions, scale with clarity, and stay grounded as their companies grow.

Deepak brings over 20 years of experience across investment banking, corporate finance, D2C, and climate-focused business. He combines commercial depth with lived experience as a founder, offering both strategic sharpness and leadership insight.

He also serves as a non-executive director and advisor to early-stage food and climate ventures, and frequently shares real-world insights on growth, leadership, and founder wellbeing.
