Alex Mortimer is Commercial Director at The Supply Chain Academy and CEO of Safe Chain, a leading supply chain cybersecurity consultancy. He has worked with global organisations including AstraZeneca, Airbus, BAE Systems, Duracell, and PepsiCo, delivering consultancy, executive education, and professional qualifications. 

Recognised as a Top 50 Supply Chain Thought Leader and a Top 25 Supply Chain Influencer, Alex received the British Citizen Award in 2022 for services to UK supply chains during Covid-19. He regularly speaks at universities, conferences, and to the US Military on supply chain and cybersecurity, and serves as a non-executive board member at the University of West London while lecturing at the University of Bedfordshire.
