OpSuite is a comprehensive retail solution from POSitive Technology that includes OpSuitePOS, OpSuiteOFFICE (management), OpSuiteShop (E-commerce) and OpSuiteGo (mobile management). Most solutions that include a POS are built from the POS first then add functionality to adapt that POS to various business use cases. In the case of OpSuite, we put years of experience into the backend technologies to allow the front end to be as nimble and flexible as possible while delivering speed and agility.

OpSuite has some fundamental concepts that separate it from many other retail operations applications. We designed the solution knowing our customers want to operate multiple locations/brands/ concepts from one OpSuite instance. To achieve this goal, we have architected a solution that has multiple tiers for grouping and fidelity down to the individual revenue center (picture a store or selling location). The result is a robust toolset that tracks sales and inventory at each sales location in an arena or property but quickly rolls these up for reporting and analysis at the higher tier levels. 

OpSuitePOS was designed from the ground up for a traditional and mobile retailer. Every Android device has all the components required to operate all POS functions. Each device immediately transmits sales to OpSuiteOffice and keeps an active log of those communications, ensuring the ability to send them again if the internet is interrupted.
