Who we are

Hensol Castle Distillery is a modern craft–to–scale spirits producer based in South Wales, operating from the historic Hensol Castle estate. We combine world‑class compounding, distillation and blending expertise with efficient contract bottling to help brand owners, supermarkets and trade partners bring high‑quality, value‑engineered products to market—on time, to spec, and at scale.

What we do

End‑to‑end bottling and liquids capability across vodka, gin, rum, cream liqueurs, RTD base spirits, and emerging Welsh whisky. We work as an extension of your operations—from technical development through to finished goods—offering:

Contract Bottling at Scale

Annual throughput capability of 10 million bottles across multiple customers.

Engineered for large‑volume, low‑margin programmes (ideal for own‑label and white‑label), with target bands from 100,000 bottles/year upwards.

Compounding & Blending.

Daily compounding and blending with rigorous batch control and traceability.

Optimisation for repeatability, cost control, and tight organoleptic tolerances.

Distillation & Spirit Handling

Daily distillation capabilities to support gin, vodka distillates & distilled spiced rums. Strong collaboration culture with flavour houses, botanical suppliers and all raw material requirements.

White‑Label / Own‑Label

Recipe adaptation and value engineering without compromising sensory quality.

Artwork coordination, component fit checks, and line trials to de‑risk launches.
