Canadian Industrial Hemp Corporation - Toronto, Canada
Canadian Industrial Hemp Corporation (“CIHC”, was established to capitalize on a worldwide supply/ demand gap in the hemp fiber market. CIHC’s patent-pending technology integrates proven large-scale hemp stalk processing (“decortication”) equipment with patent-registered IP utilizing proven advanced manufacturing technologies to redefine operating margins. Company is uniquely positioned to take advantage of current market conditions whereby large-scale commercial manufacturers seek natural fibers for environmental & cost benefits. Decortication and its associated products comprise a $600M industry in Europe and Asia where hemp was never illegal. CIHC’s Smart Stalk System (“3S”) is disruptive: North America’s existing decortication operations are small-scale, have high-labor costs and generate only low-margin, commodity outputs. 3S takes proven large-volume European production equipment & adds the proven benefits of advanced technologies used in car manufacturing & computer assembly to significantly improve production flexibility, yield & quality - enabling low-cost positioning. 3S also introduces the world’s first automated hemp fibre quality control system using a proprietary scanning system. At capacity,. each facility is projected to annually process 50,000 tonnes per facility, 77 full-time jobs & 35,000 hours of trucking. EBITDA is 47%. By 2026, CIHC plans to own & operate five digitally-connected facilities capable of Distributed Manufacturing - with $ 200M revenue, and $ 105M in EBITDA.
